Maintenance

In terms of the maintenance component of the after sales service available from Guduza Systems Technologies includes a 24/7 Call-out service to the mine as technicians are available on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Service Level Agreements and Maintenance Contracts can be arranged. In addition to that, LDV Vehicle/ Non-flame proof vehicles are also available. Equipment can be calibration in field. We also have a branch in Trichardt for a quicker response time.

Repairs

The repairs aspect of the after sales service from Guduza Systems Technologies is integrated through emergency spares available in the Pretoria and Trichardt branches. We have a personnel team that is also equipped to deal with first line repairs.

  • Repair of all Guduza equipment done in-house
  • Emergency spares available in Pretoria and Trichardt
  • Training of Mine personnel to do 1st line repairs
  • Equipment calibration carried out in workshops
