Technicians are available for system fault finding, check-up and audits, on an ad hoc call out basis or can be contracted, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Calibration can be done either at our main repairs center in Pretoria or at our Mpumalanga branch or alternatively can be done on the client’s premises at the client’s convenience
SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) are available, being the ideal method of keeping the OEM equipment optimally maintained with reports issued as requested by the client. Flexibility of agreement types range from:
- 1 Day/Week… or multiple days/weeks
- 1 week/month
- Full time SLA’s
